Position Overview

We are currently on a 12-hour, rotating shift schedule, with a block of 6 consecutive days off in every three-week cycle. Employees will be required to work some Saturdays, based on production demands.

Responsibilities

Duties will include operating or assisting in the operation of manufacturing machinery, material handling equipment and general plant operations.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, a stable work history, good communications skills, and the ability to work well with others. Shift and manufacturing experience is a plus.

Division Description

The Coated Products Operations consists of three manufacturing plants, four Slitting and Distribution Centers, and a majority interest partnership in Mexico. The CPO manufactures pressure sensitive label stock, utilizing a variety of face stock, adhesive and release liner combinations.

Product capabilities include an expanded film line, as well as traditional paper, foil and thermal offerings. The Coated Products facility in Green Bay completed a major expansion, making this plant a state-of-the-art facility. The expansion has doubled the size of this plant, and includes a new building, Coater, Slitters and Automated Sequencing System.
