Requirements

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
• 5+ years of dealership management experience at the General Store Manager level.
• RV dealership management experience is preferred.
• Experience in employee management.
• Skills:
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent organizational and sequencing skills.
• Ability to interpret profit and loss statements, budgets, and financial statements.

• Communication Skills:
