OfficeTeam is looking for a self-starting, organized General Office Clerk who enjoys interacting with a variety of people. This essential role performs various administrative support tasks, which includes operating office equipment and completing general clerical work. The General Office Clerk is offered as a short term temporary role based in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Your responsibilities in this role

  • Exercise proper print requests, filing, scanning, copying, and faxing

  • Offer a smile

  • Provide support to other employees with diverse projects as necessary

  • Exercise prescribed style and format when drafting correspondence

  • Manage printing projects, including receiving and placing

  • Provide accurate, friendly customer service without delay


  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must

  • Experience with Word and Excel

  • Sound written and verbal communication skills

  • Shipping experience preferred

  • Collating experience

  • Solid understanding of bindery printing projects

  • Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

  • 1 Year of Office Clerk experience at minimum suggested

  • Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work

  • Experience handling office equipment

Receive incoming carrier phone calls and responds to their payment inquiries. Contacts carriers to ensure service and expectations are being met and relays carrier feedback to management Essential Functions: * Invoicing customers. * Processing carrier payables. * Carrier contract review and set up. * Carrier profile maintenance, review and set up. * Nurture carrier relationships and provide feedback to management. * Conduct/investigate carrier qualifications and safety ratings. * Performs other related duties as assigned. Necessary Qualifications: One year of bookkeeping experience or equivalent work experience and/or a college degree in Accounting. Experience in transportation is preferred; ability to make sound decisions; strong written and verbal communication skills; goal oriented and self-motivated to excel; ability to prioritize workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment; proficient keyboarding skills.
