For the organizing champions, OfficeTeam is offering an excellent career opportunity for a dynamic self-starter as a General Office Clerk. In this essential role, you will perform various administrative support tasks, including operating office equipment and completing general clerical work. Based in Allentown, Pennsylvania, the General Office Clerk is a long term temporary position. Your responsibilities in this role

  • As required, offer support on diverse employee projects

  • Interface with customers in a friendly manner and provide service quickly and accurately

  • Supporting front desk and receptionist duties

  • Demonstrate command of such tasks as data entry, faxing, copying, scanning, filing, and word processing

  • Offer a smile to incoming customers

  • Exercise prescribed style and format when drafting correspondence

  • Manage telephone calls, including receiving and placing

Requirements

  • Fast food customer service background preferred

  • Strong organization skills

  • Experience handling office equipment

  • At least 1 year of Office Clerk experience preferred

  • Comprehensive knowledge of navigating basic office equipment and protocols

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request
