Copy, faxing, and filing for a number of different departments
Dispatch calls to the appropriate parties
Maintaining office calendar, utilizing Microsoft Outlook and Google Calendar
Ordering office supplies and catering as needed
Handle special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants
Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
Solid understanding of data entry
Capacity to operate basic office equipment, complete general office work and route incoming materials
Demonstrated ability to manage, lead change, and build process improvements
Manage tasks independently
