This position serves as receptionist and switchboard operator for the Bureau of Services for Blind Persons Training Center. This position will be responsible for a number of general administrative support activities at the main entrance of the Training Center such as answering phones, greeting visitors, sorting mail, scheduling conference rooms, typing correspondence, copying, filing, and other related tasks.
Required Education and Experience
Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school.
General Office Assistant 5
No specific type or amount of experience is required.
General Office Assistant 6
One year of administrative support experience.
General Office Assistant E7
Two years of administrative support experience, including one year equivalent to the intermediate level.
Additional Requirements and Information
