General Manager/Sales Manager Responsibilities:

• Hire, develop, and motivate team members

• Ensure a high level of customer service

• Ensure branch compliance

• Run a profitable location

• Pull & analyze reports

General Manager/Sales Manager Requirements:

• General Manager/Sales Manager experience

• Good leadership & customer service skills

• Valid driver's license

• Able to pass a background check

• Able to work the listed hours

General Manager/Sales Manager Work Hours:

• No Sundays

• 5-day workweek schedule

• Work most Saturdays with a weekday off

• 40-44 hours per week

• 9-6 or 11-8 during the week

• 9-5 Saturday
