Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for profitability, cash flow, business goals and objectives of the Subsidiary.
Monitor customer satisfaction.
Conduct routine visits with customers to ensure satisfactory contract performance.
Analyze monthly and fiscal year to date budget versus actual revenue and profit performance.
Meet specific performance revenue and profit targets by division.
Review Subsidiary performance by business line reporting on revenue, profit and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with corporate standards.
Prepare the annual budgets and estimates at completion.
Lead for bid and proposal activities with new and existing customers, as well as identifying and closing contract renewal opportunities.
Ensure programs and proposals are within scope, cost, and schedule.
Provide day-to-day leadership and management to meet the mission and core values established by the SBU.
Support internal and external processes.
Provide timely, accurate and complete reports on the Subsidiary.
Develop, communicate and implement growth strategies for the Subsidiary.
Motivate and lead a high-performance team.
Facilitate a success-oriented, entrepreneurial environment.
Represent the Subsidiary with major customers and business partners.
Manages subordinate supervisor(s) who supervise employee(s); is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees.

Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Minimum of ten (10) years' experience (without degree), six (6) years' experience (with degree), working as a Program Manager, Director or higher level in a Government Contracting business with profit and loss accountability.
10 years' experience in Facilities Support Services, Logistics and Infrastructure Support on Government Contracts.
Must be able to travel at least 30% of the time.
Must be able to obtain a clearance at the Secret level and to upgrade to a Top-Secret level if required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to create short-term and long-term business capture plans
Ability to self-manage daily activities to achieve customer capture goals
Skilled in team motivation and team building.
Regulatory knowledge in government contract management, awards, execution and performance.
Knowledge of the use of a variety of market research services/tools in the identification of business opportunities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Strong analytical and relationship building skills.
Good organization and time management capabilities
Knowledge of internet software, computer literacy, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, proficient ability to enter and manipulate data.

The employee will normally work in a temperature-controlled office environment, with frequent exposure to electronic office equipment.
During visits to areas of operations, may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions. Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.
