Key Functions:
Must be willing to relocate to the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge, TN area.
Revenue Performance:
Improve revenue production.
Budget - Develop, implement, and administer expense and quality controls.
Ensure operational excellence and total quality management.
Improve homeowner satisfaction (as measured by Homeowner retention).
Improve guest satisfaction (as measured by guest feedback and reviews).
Ensure tools, systems and standards are optimized for greater efficiency and to deliver the highest quality guest and homeowner services.
Ensure Vacation Home Managers conduct effective and regularly scheduled homeowner and guest communications.
Coordinate sales and marketing to grow reservations and new property acquisition.
Establish and achieve goals for monthly, quarterly and annual sales in reservations and continued growth in homeowner acquisition vs prior year.
Oversees Website Effectiveness, SEO, Adwords, Third-Party Distribution Management.
People Leadership & Development:

Build a team environment and generate efficiency and cross-communication.
Identify opportunities for evolution of position responsibilities and new positions as needed to ensure growth and client retention.
Lead daily and weekly meetings to communicate, educate and celebrate with teams
Coaching, training, mentoring, inspiring, developing managers, directors and team members
Frequent in-the-moment coaching
Goal setting; ensuring accountability for results
Ensure performance appraisals are conducted in timely manner for all departments
Work with leadership team to ensure effective government relations via compliance with municipal ordinances.
Supervise daily operations of the housekeeping, laundry departments and unit maintenance
Increase employee productivity through scheduling optimization and training

Required Technical Skills:
4 years management experience in hospitality/vacation rental preferred
Understanding and knowledge of the following:
social media, sales and marketing techniques (and track record)
web analytics
Google Analytics
SEO best practices
direct marketing
Multiple Platform Computer Excellence
Mastery of MS Word, Excel, keyboard skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Physical Requirements
Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally.
Exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time.
Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation.
