As a Trusted Leader, you are responsible for fulfilling Juicy!'s mission:

"To be the best quick service restaurant at winning hearts through extraordinary guest service."

You will hire, train, mentor, influence and develop your Team into future leaders by working side by side with them to provide positive, memorable guest experiences. You will serve your Team so that they can consistently achieve Juicy!'s mission. You will lead the Team to operational excellence by being their role model, coach, trainer, teammate and cheerleader.

ABOUT YOU:

You Professionally Have...

  • 2+ years experience in management & leadership

  • Worked in fast casual restaurant chains before (ideally but not required)

  • Managed and developed teams of 25+

  • Experience in managing P&L and COGS, developing budgets, financial planning and strategy, decision making, process improvement, strategic planning, labor management/scheduling, training & team development, and food quality assurance

  • Manager's food safety certification (ServSafe Manager's Certification) and experience in ensuring safe food handling at scale

You Personally Have...

  • A passion for mentoring and training other people to become leaders

  • Listening skills that let you understand your Team and what motivates them

  • Empathy for our Guests and your Team so you can accept, recognize and serve them fully

  • Desire to help people conquer their fears, insecurities and obstacles

  • Awareness to see individual parts of the store operations while maintaining a clear view of the brand's bigger picture and goals

  • The ability to persuade and motivate people to work at their highest level and as part of a unified Team

  • A desire to be a part of something bigger than yourself and to leave each Team member in a better place than you found him or her

Joining us as an Associate Team Leader, you'll support a single retail office during tax season to consistently exceed client expectations and provide daily operations direction for the tax office. Day to day, you'll� * Support the Multi-Unit Team Leader, serving as onsite point of contact for tax office associates and clients, ensuring quality and consistent execution that will allow us to promote the value of H&R Block * Execute and hold all tax office associates accountable to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) execution and client service experience, with escalation to the Multi-Unit Team Leader and District General Manager as necessary * Serve as point of contact for onsite escalated client service concerns * Ensure clients are scheduled properly and conflicts are resolved, with escalation to the Multi-Unit Team Leader and District General Manager as necessary * Lead the office from the front desk, providing phone coverage and engaging with clients to deliver an outstanding experience * Lead daily activities to ensure that all tax office associates are scheduled, and work is completed according to deadlines, with attention to quality standards, priorities and overall goals * Lead daily huddles and communicate essential information to office associates What you'll bring to the team... * Prior experience working in customer service or similar role * Strong organizational skills and ability to plan and manage day-to-day office operations * Customer-centric mindset and strong communication skills * Computer proficient with the ability to use MS Office * Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Passionate, determined, resilient under stress and a will to win attitude * Able to work a flexible work schedule of 40 hours per week and flexibility based on business needs * High school diploma / equivalent or higher H&R Block, Inc.
