Location – Orlando, FL (Oviedo & SoDo areas) Salary - $75,000 - $85,000 Benefits – PTO, M / D / V New fast casual concept seeks out strong GM to drive efficiency and profitability. Qualifications Previous experience in a leadership role in the QSR industry Strong track record of tenure and financial knowledge New restaurant opening not required, but a plus Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations, achieving financial targets, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including but not limited to, staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance. Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency in service delivery.

Ensure that guests receive prompt, friendly, and attentive service at all times. Manage operating costs and expenses to achieve budgeted targets and maximize profitability.
