We are looking for an experienced and driven General Manager, who will lead a team towards success. Situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico, our Navarre Beach hotel is steps away from the beautiful water of the Emerald Coast. Enjoy inspiring and unobstructed views from our gulf-front hotel with spectacular sunrises and sunsets over the Santa Rosa Sound or the Gulf of Mexico.

The Ideal Candidate has:

• Great sales and networking skills in order to assist a sales & marketing team to remain competitive in the relevant market.

• A proven track record in driving GSS.

• Hired, mentored and led teams to outstanding results.

• Hands on ability to deliver outstanding financial results.

• Prior General Management and F&B experience required, and Marriott brand experience preferred.

Being a Concord GM

As the General Manager you will support our company mission statement, and you will be an ambassador to our five cornerstones. You will be instrumental in coaching and developing a high achieving team.

Leading by example, your employees will be focused on providing excellent guest satisfaction. You will also be responsible to liaise with Marriott Brand Representatives, our owners and with Concord, and to orchestrate brand training with your staff.

Our GM's administer, direct and control all the operations of the hotel. You will be accountable for attaining budgeted revenues and profit margins, providing attention to detail in standards, and meeting operational deadlines that are in accordance with established objectives, policies, and procedures.

Concord GM's are active leaders with the company and the community and serve as role models through involvement in city organizations and networking.

Concord provides unmatched property support including our own IT Services, Revenue Management, Digital Marketing, Accounting and HR Support and guidance.
