Key Responsibilities:

• Enthusiastically hire, develop, and lead the team to provide a great guest experience and fulfill the brand's mission of inspiring people to live a healthy and active lifestyle.

• Utilize operational tools such as Profit and Loss Statement, Daily Business Review, Cash & Deposit Log, and Data Central scheduling and inventory management tools to achieve operational excellence.

• Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure efficient inventory management and shipments.

• Review store environment and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Manage cash activities for the store, including daily deposits.

• Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines and uphold brand standards.

• Drive implementation of company programs and initiatives through action planning and inspiring the team.

• Develop local store marketing plans to support brand initiatives and engage with the community through marketing and special events.

• Recognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments through existing tools and programs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required. Associate or bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, or similar field is preferred.

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a manager or supervisor in a restaurant or similar customer service business.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for working with people.

• Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the brand's culture, values, and mission.

• Customer-centric attitude with the ability to discover and respond to customer needs.

• A bias towards action and a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
