Job Description Job Description Seeking motivated and engaging team leader to join a 40 year family-oriented franchise that values its team. Great Salary: $50-55K with additional 10-12K bonus potential annually.

Great Growth Potential: Multi-management opportunities available as early as 6 months. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES QSC Ensures that all managers supervise the preparation and positioning of people, equipment, and products for each shift.

Inspects the facilities and equipment for proper upkeep, maintenance, and communicates needs to Area Supervisor. Ensures compliance with all RTG procedures by maintaining holding times, service speed, raw and finished product quality, cleanliness and sanitation. Can perform all management functions, including opening, transition and closing shifts if necessary.

Maintains highest personal hygiene and professional appearance at all times. Creates long-term goals and action plans for QSC. Ultimately responsible for the QSC level of restaurant supervised at all times.

Responsible for all facilities management, store equipment, including calibrations, repairs, preventive maintenance, and energy conservation. Handles customer complaints with expertise. Teaches management staff to resolve customer complaints to customer’s satisfaction.

Can perform and/or train Team Member functions when necessary.

Maintains customer comfort levels (HVAC, music, crew noise, etc) Maintains an “A” health grade Maintains an 85% QSC average SALES Creates long-term unit objectives for restaurant supervised plus, develops and implements action plans for sales building. Ensures execution of LSM activities and extensions of company promotion.

Trains subordinate staff on LSM activities and promotions. Defines trade area, competitors, and traffic generators for restaurant. Responsible for unit implementation of new products and procedures.

Ensures correct and accurate POP materials are displayed. Communicates sales building ideas with Marketing Department and management staff. Follows up on procedures that support market promotions.

Communicates and trains subordinate management staff on all sales, building plans, activities, procedures and promotions. PROFIT Projects annual sales and profit plan. Responsible for holding line items within budget.

Checks monthly unit reports for accuracy by restaurant. Reconciles monthly P&L with accounting. Ensures all security procedures are followed.

Controls labor, waste, and cash according to budget. Ensures entire management staff is trained and understands the profitability plan / budget. Develops / coordinates management team on P&L analysis.

Conducts period Business Review meetings with management. ADMINISTRATION Reconciles period P&L statements and completes monthly variance reports where necessary and develops action plan for improvement. Reviews all QSC Evaluations and develops action plan for improvement.

Verifies that all bank deposits have been received by the bank in the correct amount and on a timely basis. Completes the managers’ schedule. Plans, schedules, and approves performance reviews for Management staff.

Coordinates performance reviews for hourly staff.

Ensures completion and posting of Team Member’s schedules, on time, utilizing Labor Scheduling process. Ensures all hourly personnel files are up to date.

Ensures all store reports for restaurant is completed timely and accurately. Responsible for safe contents for restaurants. Understands all MIC paperwork necessary to run shifts.

Audits other management staff to ensure compliance to MIC duties. Ensures management staff processes invoices. Maintains store safety checklists for restaurant.

Ensures safety procedures are complied with. Audits cash sheets, drawer counts and deposits for restaurants. Completes all required logs.

Audits completion of Daily, End of Week, End of Period, inventories and paperwork. PEOPLE Responsible for the overall management staff and Team Member development plans and/or programs. Sets goals for development and training.

Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains crew personnel. Ensures that all management and Team Members performance reviews are completed accurately and on a timely basis. Creates action plans for the development of SR Co-Managers and Co-Managers.

Conducts / coordinates regular meetings with management teams. Develops, implements, and coordinates crew incentive programs.

Coordinates successful staffing of Team Members and development of Shift Managers with management staff.

Ensures management staff develops and trains entire hourly staff using the Team Excel Program. Evaluates potential manager candidates from Team Members. Executes in-store recruitment programs.

Coordinates and/or interviews, hires and trains Team Members. Responsible for the retention of Team Members and management staff.

Ensures compliance with all federal and state regulations, including labor laws.

Ensures that employee benefits are properly administered. Personally trains managers. Follows up on SR Co-Managers and Co-Managers training to ensure consistency.

Handles / coordinates corrective action and/or terminations according to company policy with team member staff.

Conducts regular management team meetings. Periodically conducts team member meetings.

In addition, performs other duties as assigned by Area Supervisor or Director of Operations / VP of Operations. Equal Opportunity Employer
