AIR Communities is hiring a General Manager for our large Luxury property located in the Cultural District of Center City, Philadelphia! This 940+ unit asset has a mix of commercial and residential spaces and is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places. The location offers a robust and award-winning art program that includes rotational exhibits, engaging artist talks, and hands-on workshops, along with an extensive permanent collection featuring 150 artworks from over 110 artists.

A bit more about what you'll do…

• Lead and develop a team of at least 4 direct reports

• Provide exemplary service to residents and team members

• Responsible for the property budget, increasing revenue, and achievement of operational and financial goals

• Manage leasing and maintenance team members, facilitates leasing activities, revenue growth, resident satisfaction as well as adherence to legal standards and company policies.
