We are looking for a highly skilled General Manager for a state of the art facility. This position is the Captain who, along with the Regional Manager, and the property owner, manages daily activities, supervises work, and pushes toward financial and operational objectives - a motivated leader who thrives on creating a climate of inclusion, trust, and productivity.
This is a full time (non-exempt) position, with full health and disability benefits, 401k match, PTO, paid holidays, and a performance compensation plan.

Communicate with your Area Director/Area Manager regarding corporate business objectives, issues, requirements
Make recommendations to enhance storage operations
To be successful in this position, you should have:
Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role
A Bachelor's degree preferred; or 2 years' experience in leasing and sales; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in reading, analyzing and interpreting general business correspondence and leasing documents
Experience writing routine reports and correspondence
Knowledge of project management and vendor relationships
