• Organized, detailed oriented and able to lead a winning team of passionate and service driven hospitality professionals.

• Strong sales background and established networking skills.

• Proven track record in driving GSS.

• Effective in hiring, mentoring and leading a team toward outstanding results.

• Able to deliver outstanding financial results.

• Well versed in sales, food & beverage, catering and events, as well as excellent customer service delivery

• GM experience in a full service hotel and Marriott experience

Being a Concord GM:

As a General Manager you will be instrumental in hiring motivating and rewarding a winning management team supporting our company's mission statement and embracing our cornerstones. You may be the liaison with the hotel brand, our owners and with Concord by facilitating a successful business operation through the orchestration of brand training, meeting operational deadlines, following budget guidelines and networking with city officials as the "face" of this exciting brand.

Salary range (based upon experience): $136,575 - 170,718
