As a General Manager you will drive sales management, operational duties, safety and security of our employees, and motivating the rest of your team to perform at the highest level possible. You will be highly involved in hiring, training, and developing your team to ensure your location sales objectives are attained.

Your Focus (Responsibilities):

As a General Manager, we rely on your ability to build sales momentum, work well in a team environment and to lead. Your leadership will set the tone for your team to meet and exceed performance goals. We also look for the General Manager to:

  • Recruit, hire, train, coach and develop sales staff on all aspects of sales for Victra including, but not limited to, sales techniques, products, promotions, and procedures

  • Actively manage and motivate sales team every single day to ensure Victra sales quotas are being met or exceeded

  • Provide effective performance feedback to all staff and set timeframe for achievement

  • Consistently find ways to increase employee and location productivity, and drive sales

  • Maintain appropriate level of staffing at location by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees

  • Manage the availability of merchandise by maintaining inventory levels

  • Directing marketing of merchandise by ensuring the execution of advertising, sales promotion, and display plans

  • Manage the security of merchandise and the safety of employees by adhering to security standards

  • Schedule staff at location to ensure appropriate shift coverage

  • Handle all intensified customer service issues with professionalism

  • Execute daily operational procedures with efficiency, diligence, and integrity

  • Communicate, execute, and implement Victra policies and procedures

  • Other duties as assigned

YOUR EXPERIENCE (Requirements)

Next to being committed to superior customer service, you also have experience leading a team to greatness. We look for you to also bring the following:

  • High School diploma, AA preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in a retail sales environment, 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role

We also have expectations that you bring the following traits:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge

  • Relevant history of high retail sales performance

  • Basic Math Skills

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds

  • Ability to sit for long periods of time

  • (unless accommodations are required/requested for an employee under the ADA)


  • All new General Managers are required to attend and successfully complete a 4-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 2 weeks of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company expense

  • All new General Managers are required to attend and successfully complete a 2-day Store Manager University (SMU) training program within 30 days of completing NHU. This class may include overnight travel at the company expense

  • Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout tenure with Victra

VIEW JOBS 3/25/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-06-23T00:00 Duties As the Credit Analyst at Lakeland Bank, you will support the SVP- Group Team Leader and loan officers with credit underwriting efforts including industry and company research, loan presentation preparation, financial statement spreads, cash flow analysis, rental economics, commitment letter and documentation preparation. You'll assist with construction advances and borrowing base related lines of credit and occasionally acompany loan offers on calls. The Credit Analyst is responsible for preparation of presentations to Officers' Loan Committee including attachments to Baker Hill. Occasionally, you will field customer questions and inquiries when loan officers are not available due to meetings, customers calls or vacations. Key Responsibilities: * Provide support to the Lending Team in managing its commercial loan portfolio. * Effectively and comprehensively research, analyze and underwrite CRE and C&I loans for a variety of geographic locations and industries. Types of loans include CRE purchase, refinance, mortgages, construction and renovation loans, as well as term loans, lines of credit, asset-based, and equipment finance for all industries, incorporating bank policy and federal regulations into each analysis. * Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, ratios, commissions and percent. * Present analysis to senior management and various loan committees for approval. * Present loan request to loan committee for approval as necessary. * Daily customer contact for information gathering as necessary. * Order credit reports and searches. * May prepare commitment letters, follow up with customers on past due loans, order loan documents and clear exception items. * Manage customer data using Baker Hill software. * Manage loan maturity list for timely renewal. * Periodically follow up with customers, inspectors and accountants regarding required documentation or questions. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree with a minimum combined 9 credits in Accounting and Finance * Minimum 1 year experience in a bank training program or RMA credit training program, including analysis and cash flow preparation * Prior experience in analyzing and underwriting CRE and C&I loans for a variety of geographic locations and industries. * Ability to order and understand personal credit reports, business credit reports and searches. * Experience and ability to work in a financial spreading system equivalent to Baker Hill * Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc. * Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, general public and other employees of the organization * Critical thinking skills and independent thinking * Effectively communicate information and respond to questions in one-on-one and small group situations with customers, clients, general public, professionals and internal employees of the organization. * Must be bondable Employment Eligibility All Lakeland Bank employees must be bondable.
