Motivate LLC seeks an energized and experienced leader to manage our bike and scooter share operations in Columbus. This person will report directly to the Eastern Regional General Manager and will be responsible for all aspects of the Columbus operation, including a heavy emphasis on P&L management and managing the team.

About the Role
Lead all aspects of system operations including managing an operations team of 20+
Constantly assess and improve how to run a world class operation
Lead the delivery and growth of new bike and scooter share product offerings; such as pedal assist and dockless bikes
Measure, manage, and deliver against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in relevant program contract documents
Manage, mentor and energize team
Establish a positive two-way communication with field staff, sourcing feedback and fresh ideas from staff and sharing initiative plans and objectives with the field operations team
Collaborate with operational leads in other Motivate markets to incorporate and further develop standard methodologies in Columbus
Develop and run a yearly operational budget, including monthly reporting on profit and loss
Conduct regular analyses and make operational recommendations
Pilot operational initiatives and report and assess the effectiveness
Effectively communicate standard operating processes and procedures across the whole operational team.
Ensure sound operational data reporting, including input / output, and automation
Source and lead sub-contractors as required
You have an undergraduate / graduate degree in business, operations, engineering, or related field
You have 5 or more years of customer focused operations background, including experience managing field or logistics operations
You are a skilled project manager with an entrepreneurial spirit and a knack for bringing the best out of people
You are data-driven, and you have experience turning analysis into action by designing solutions based on best practices, adapted for unique operating environments
You are an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, who can handle contending priorities and not let things fall through the cracks.
You have experience working with the P&L and budget of a business
You understand are always looking for ways to gain efficiency or reduce costs.
You are highly with data analysis tools such as Domo or Excel
You have excellent interpersonal skills, including oral communication and visual presentation creation
You are an organized thinker, with the ability to self-direct and to adapt to changing deadlines
