LHH is partnering with a Commercial Construction company to find their next General Manager. The GM will provide leadership and strategic vision to the organization and is responsible for overseeing day to day operations, policies and procedures.
Responsibilities: Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures while managing the company's operational and financial performance. Team Management:
Directly manage reporting team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and efficiency. Financial Management:
Drive financial results, closely collaborating with the C-Suite to enhance operational and financial outcomes.
Manage the profit and loss (P&L) performance across sales, operations, and finance. Performance Metrics: Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for productivity, resource utilization, and profitability within field operations.
Analytical Review: Regularly review and analyze divisional Profit and Loss statements to identify best practices and areas needing improvement, implementing corrective actions as necessary. Requirements: Must have 3 years in roofing experience. Bachelor degree in business or another related field preferred.
