Here's what we're looking for:
3+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service (table service with full bar), high volume restaurant (250-450 covers per dinner shift), required.
Proven track record of hiring, training, coaching, and developing employees.
Experience working in a corporate structure preferred.
Willingness to commute up to one hour for work or up to thirty miles one way, whichever is greater.
ServSafe Certification preferred.

At Iron Hill Brewery, our General Managers direct the Management team, as well as the Head Chef and Head Brewer, to ensure execution of their respective operations is consistent with our Core Values ---
Submit, approve and achieve annual budgeted PACE, Sales, Labor, and Food Cost for restaurant.
Create and execute numerous Marketing initiatives per year through our "Give 20" Program, Beer Dinners, "King of the Hill" Membership Parties, and more.
Maintain a high-standard for Customer Satisfaction Scores.
Ensure 100% product quality compliance for both Kitchen and Brewery.
Manage performance for all managers and Employees.
Maintain a strong, positive employee culture by focusing on retention, growth, and development.

About Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant:
Founded by home brewers Kevin Finn and Mark Edelson and restaurateur Kevin Davies in Newark, DE twenty two years ago, Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant has blossomed from one restaurant and brewery to sixteen locations across the mid-Atlantic region and South Carolina.
