What you will be doing: 

• Develop leadership skills through hands-on training and mentorship from seasoned professionals, preparing you to confidently lead and manage your own Refloor location.
• Receive ongoing support to excel in day-to-day operations, customer service, and effective management. 
• Acquire a deep understanding of our company's core values and learn how to instill them throughout your team. 

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Preferred previous sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office technology

Additional Requirement: 

• Must be willing and able to relocate upon successful completion of training.
