About the Hotel
The Hyatt Place Cleveland/Lyndhurst/Legacy Village is seated at the Legacy Village lifestyle center, near shopping, dining and entertainment. Near downtown Cleveland, our hotel is close to the Cleveland Zoo, Cleveland Museum of Art, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park, JACK Cleveland Casino, Cleveland Aquarium and Great Lakes Science Center!
The Ideal Candidate
Are you organized, detailed oriented and able to choose a winning opening team? Do you possess great sales and networking skills to assist a sales & marketing team to launch a successful opening?
Do you possess the proven ability to drive GSS? Hire, mentor and lead a team to outstanding results? And have the hands on ability to deliver outstanding financial results? This may be the role for you!
Background & Skills preferred:
GM Experience and hands experience and knowledge of P&L - AP - AR - Budgets.
MUST have proven track record in Guest Satisfaction scores.
Being a Concord GM
As the General Manager you will be instrumental in leading this award winning management team supporting our company's mission statement and embracing our cornerstones. You will be the liaison with Marriott, our owners and with Concord is facilitating a successful operation through orchestrating brand training, meeting operational deadlines on project timeliness, providing attention to detail in cost controls, guest service and associate growth and retention.
You will administer, direct and control all the operations of the hotel. Accountable for achieving budgeted revenues and profit margins while in accordance with established objectives, policies, and procedures. Our GM's are active leaders and are highly involved in guest interaction, associate engagement in training and motivation, as well as serve as role models for our company in the community through involvement in city organizations and networking.
