Job Requirements

Looking for a highly motivated General Manager at our beautiful Palm Desert, CA location. Looking for someone that is interesting in career growth. We need someone that has basic management experience but would like to learn more in-depth General Manger experience. Must be well organized and willing to work on-call if needed. The General Manager is the primary leader of the hotel. They will be handling various overall high-level responsibilities of operations, including, guests' satisfaction, employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performances, sales, and revenue management. They will ensure all brand requirements are met and help increase market share and manage budgets. Please note that this job description is not exclusive or exhaustive list of all functions. Work Experience

• Experienced in hotel operations. Minimum of 2 + years in hotel management/AGM or equivalent experience.

• Strong financial acumen including budgets and costs controls.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.

• Knowledge of Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Slides.

• Knowledge of basic social media marketing.

• Team Player, professional and able to lead with integrity. Ability to read, write

• and speak English, with excellent grammar and communication skills (written and

• verbal)

• Have basic knowledge of maintenance issues.
