Oversees, directs and manages property operations of a single property to assure optimum performance and continual improvement in the Key Performance Indicators (GREAT, REACH, DANCE, DRIVE, FRESH, Making it Right, Stop the Leaks and Safewatch). Coordinates, directs and manages the staff and everyday hotel operations to achieve profitability, guest satisfaction and efficiency while maintaining standards set by the company assuring 100% guest satisfaction.

Ensure associates at the property are driving the Company initiatives (GREAT, REACH, DANCE, DRIVE, FRESH, Making it Right and Stop the Leaks)

Demonstrates and promotes a 100% commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests and employees

Responsible for maximizing revenues and flow through to GOP to meet or exceed budgeted EBITDA

Manage labor standards and property level expenses to achieve maximum flow-through to the bottom line profit

Monitors collection of in-house guest balances and direct bill receivables, commission payments by vendors, and issuance of refund checks

Participates and monitors monthly inventory of supplies and equipment. Ensures purchases made are within budget and by approved vendors

Works with the District Manager and Regional Director of Field Sales to manage all sales activities of the property and meet revenue objectives. Activities include setting goals, completing competitive surveys, taking reservations and compiling reports

Identifies and seeks out potential business in local market. Maintains relationships with local companies and key people to increase the company's visibility within the local market

Promotes 100% guest satisfaction throughout property. Instills the 100% guest satisfaction objective to AGM and hourly associates

Ensures that all guest related issues are resolved in a manner consistent with the company's goals and objectives

Recruits qualified applicants. Trains employees in accordance with company standards

Communicates all policies and procedures to entire staff. Conducts regular meetings to provide various information including company communications, policy reviews, local property activities, goals, etc

Inspects and documents repairs and cleanliness of property with AGM to ensure optimum upkeep and repair, room cleanliness and overall property appearance

Work to build solid client relationships in the District and with Managers and staff at each assigned hotel

Upholds and Enforces ESH standards and policy compliance at the hotel level.


Adheres to federal, state and local laws employment related laws and regulations

Performs duties in all aspects of hotel operations whenever needed

Directly manages an Assistant General Manager who supervises a total of 8 to 10 employees on the Property. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit

Actively reviews and monitors the Social Media websites to ensure timely and appropriate responses to postings.

VIEW JOBS 2/10/2021 12:00:00 AM 2021-05-11T00:00 POSITION SUMMARY: To be fully engaged in providing No Harm / Quality, Customer Experience, and Stewardship by: Inspiring responsible attitudes, ensuring quality results, and managing resources through a team approach. * The Laboratory General Supervisor assists Laboratory Support Services, including phlebotomy, in the absence of the Laboratory Support Services Supervisor. * Assumes responsibility for supervision of assigned section operations. * Assures that the assigned section provides reliable, efficient, and timely diagnostic services. * The Laboratory General Supervisor is assigned to one or more of the following Laboratory Sections of responsibility: * Blood Bank * Microbiology * Core Lab PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Engagement: * Builds and maintains a positive work environment for associates and promotes departmental participation. * Maintains a positive open relationship with the clinical staff. * Instills and supports a strong supervisory leadership within the lab. Quality/No Harm: * Develops and maintains continuous compliance with appropriate accreditation and regulatory standards. Measured by no more than 2 deficiencies cited on the most recent on-site or self-inspection. * Assures acceptable performance on proficiency surveys with results at least 95% acceptable. * Dashboard Quality Indicators goals met for area(s) of responsibility (minimum 80% compliance). * Shows commitment to organizational and departmental Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) through encouraging employee participation. Stewardship: * Demonstrates fiscal responsibility as measured by a variance of no more than 5% over expense budget. * Helps to develop and implement each FY budget. * Maximizes personnel resources as measured by a variance of no more than 5% over FTE budget. * Contributes to operational effectiveness through timely completion of projects at the discretion of management, with no more than two projects/tasks being completed after deadline. Customer Experience: * Annual performance reviews and documentation of testing personnel performance competency completed and shared with associate by associate's anniversary date. New associate 90-day orientation completed within 90 days of employment/transfer and evaluation with documentation of the associates performance at least semiannually during the first year. * Researches and responds to negative patient/clinician comments written or verbal within 24 hours with no more than one exception per quarter. * Contributes to operational effectiveness through timely completion of projects at the discretion of management with no more than two completed after deadline. * Assures timely communication to associates through monthly staff meetings. * Provides interim feedback on associates' performance as needed. * Complies with "I CARE" values as measured by no positive disciplinary action per Human Resources Policy 4.01. . QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: * As required for licensure by State of Florida and in accordance with CLIA guidelines. * Baccalaureate degree is required. * Supervisor license in all areas of responsibility. * Appropriate certification by the ASCP or other similar accrediting agencies preferred. * Five years' clinical experience.
