Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Rivers Hotel Company.

The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.

The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel's employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills.

As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining the overall efficiency and profitability of the hotel. This hotel is still in new condition and is a top performer in the area. We are looking for someone to come in and work with and guide our existing experienced staff that has been with us since opening 4 years ago.

We are located in a small town, located right between the Mississippi River and beautiful bluffs. Winona offers numerous outdoor activities and has the classic small-town vibe with none of the big-city issues. One visit here and you won't want to leave!

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role in Marriott Hotel.

• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures, housekeeping standards, and maintenance protocols

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Bilingual proficiency (preferred but not required)

• Experience with budgeting and financial management

• Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year depending on experience
