Essential Functions:
We are currently seeking a Restaurant General Manager to add to our rapidly growing team! You will guide your staff in delivering exceptional guest service, scratch cooking, food production, in addition to overseeing any catering events. Your attention to the details of maintaining food cost and labor costs help you achieve outstanding profitability. Your hands-on leadership style allows for easy teaching and training of your staff.
Essential Functions:
Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
Schedule, organize, and supervise shifts
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
Perform additional related duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications and Skills:
Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
Proven guest service experience as a manager
Extensive food and beverage knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
Acute financial management skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, dymanic work environment
Excellent computer skills
Successfully pass a criminal background check
