Reporting to the President of the Patient Engagement Division, the General Manager is responsible for integrating the strategic plan of MedAvante-ProPhase, Inc. with the operations. The GM provides direct management oversight for the Operations organization and matrixed management and oversight of the shared services groups of Information Technology, Finance and Human Capital Management. They will oversee multiple US office locations.
Responsible for all aspects of the overall daily management and leadership of the Company
Accountable for the development and execution of the annual business plan.
Works through the management team and leadership of the company, ultimately accountable for reducing costs, enhancing revenues, achieving quality goals and objectives, analyzing and utilizing information to develop and support management decisions.
Develops and fosters effective relationships/collaborations between departments internal and external to ensure an integrated approach to providing products and services.
Strengthen and grow the organization through effective management of human capital and development of appropriate, disciplined business processes.
Follow through and drive/oversee decisions made in management meetings and ensures proper execution.
Work with department heads to ensure that priorities are clear, coordination with internal and external groups is good and operational objectives and performance goals are met.
Conduct regular reviews of department performance and decide on actions required as a result.
Contribute to building a work environment where performance standards drive and set the pace and quality of staff efforts.
