Be a part of establishing, maintaining and growing our clients Industrial Machinery company. This is a unique opportunity where you will oversee, guide the team and help to build and grow their unique product line. Description

• Hands on Manager to oversee all manufacturing and people processes

• Team Management including, supervise, direct, termination and performance assessment of small team

• Establish and remodel existing procedures and methodologies

• Develop and implement strategies to meet production goals

• Implement and or insure safety compliance

• Represent company at Trade Shows regionally

• Maintain existing customer base by providing excellent customer service with quality products, excellent delivery times and follow-up. Occasional travel to regional dealers. Requirements

• 5 years of manufacturing experience or material handling experience

• 3-5 years of Supervisory experience

• Ability to work independently to guide the team and the workflow daily, as well as with work well with Executive team members

• Strong knowledge and experience regarding all aspects of manufacturing, shipping, receiving
