General Manager

Our client, a leader in the engineered construction industry, is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee operations and guide the company through its next phase of growth. This is a key leadership role where you will manage and develop engineering teams, ensure operational excellence, and drive revenue growth while maintaining profitability. The position requires a hands-on leader with a solid background in engineered construction products and a proven track record in managing large-scale projects. Description As the General Manager, your key responsibilities will include: - Oversee day-to-day operations and lead the engineering, production, warehouse and sales teams to ensure project delivery meets high standards of quality, sustainability, and efficiency.

• Provide strategic leadership to expand business focusing on scaling operations and driving profitability.

• Manage P&L responsibilities, ensuring financial targets are met, with a focus on significantly increasing annual revenue from its current level, while capitalizing on clear growth opportunities within the market.

• Drive business performance by optimizing processes, improving productivity, and aligning resources with company goals.

• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers to foster business growth and secure new opportunities. Requirements

• Proven experience with pre-engineered construction products, including structural steel and related components.

• Extensive experience in financial management, with a demonstrated ability to maintain and grow a company with revenues exceeding $25M.

• Strong leadership background in managing and developing engineering teams.

• Excellent communication and team-building skills.

• A solid track record of successful project management.

• Familiarity with implementing ERP or WMS systems.

• Proven ability to leverage talent and foster professional development.
