What you Need:
General Manager Experience in Restaurant or Retail Management
A Desire to make the most of every guest interaction
To direct the daily operations of a restaurant in a manner that will achieve corporate profit objectives, provide guest satisfaction, and maintain a friendly and enthusiastic work environment for all team members.
Provides the highest level of hospitality and service to all guests at all times.
Directs the daily operation of the restaurant within budget. Controls all restaurant monies and adheres to company policies regarding cash handling and security.
Develops financial performance objectives for the restaurant.
Supervises restaurant and delivery operations, personnel and procedures to ensure maximum gross profit. Is responsible for the restaurant operation at all times, whether physically present or not.
Ensures the restaurant's compliance with established standards in the areas of guest relations, food costs, labor costs, other controllable costs, safety and sanitation.
Guarantees the production of consistently high quality products by adhering to established standards for ordering, food handling, storage, preparation, portioning and serving products.
Recruits, interviews, and hires hourly team members.
Trains, supervises, and develops hourly and management team members. Handles guest complaints to resolution.
Oversees purchasing and ordering of food and beverages so that inventory levels are within company guidelines.
Conducts performance reviews and takes disciplinary action with team members if needed.
Prepares and maintains staff schedules, restaurant reports and personnel records.
Ensures that all company specials, promotions, and marketing plans are in place.
Ensures compliance with established safety and sanitation procedures and all Federal, State, and local regulations (child labor laws, wage and hour, etc.)
Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant and assists in any restaurant station when needed.
