The General Manager- ComSonics Manufacturing Solutions at our Weyers Cave, Virginia location will lead a talented team in electronic manufacturing services including PCBA, module assemblies, and system integration while attaining operational, administrative, and financial performance goals for your location. To excel at this job you will have at least 5 years successful electronics manufacturing experience (financial and operations) along with a Bachelor's degree in a technology field or an equivalent mix of education and experience. Your people skills will be phenomenal and you will be skilled in bringing out the best in your team. You will work well under pressure, and shift quickly between big picture and crucial details making sure we deliver what our customers expect: on time, top quality results. Working knowledge of ISO 9001 certification requirements and the ability to work to established ISO standards is required. IPC 610 and JSTD certification is a plus.
