The General Manager / Branch Manager will oversee the day-to-day activities of their Edmonton branch.Responsibilities

The General Manager / Branch Manager will oversee the day-to-day activities of their Edmonton branch.Responsibilities
- Provide leadership by engaging and empowering the branch team
- Bring a creative approach to leading, managing and growing the branch revenue
- Planning, implementing, and improving short and long-term strategies to grow the business through increasing volume, increasing profit margin, increasing market share.
- Develop and implement programs to improve the quality of service and delivery to meet customer expectations.
- Full P&L - Sales Revenue, Margin, and Overhead and setting budgets.
- Hiring, discipline and succession planning.
- Keep up to date with industry and market trends, the stakeholders, and regulations.
- Membership & involvement in industry community.
- Identify needs for continued branch success re: staffing, products, technology, marketing etc.
- Be relentless in the pursuit of constant improvement.
- Post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant work experience
- 8-10 years leadership experience
- Strong computer software skills – MS Office, CRM, with strong analytical abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal relationships and team player
- Ability to build, lead, and motivate a successful team
- Be able to self-motivate and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
