General Manager Expectations:

• Oversees and manages all areas of the restaurant.

• Responsible for the oversight of your team and a multi-million-dollar operation.

• Adheres to company standards and exceptional service levels.

• Maintain exemplary cleanliness of the restaurant.

We offer:

• Base Salary: 90k-100k

• Bonus Program:18k-20k, Prorated and Paid Monthly

• Profit Sharing: 18% of TCI, Paid Monthly

• Sign on Bonus: $3,000. Paid After 30 days

• Full Monthly Bonus Paid During Training

• 401K | PTO | Medical | Vision | Dental

Experience:

• Two to three years of restaurant general management experience or one year as a Benihana manager with good performance and positive results.

• Proficiency in food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, personnel management, recordkeeping, and preparation of reports.

• Possess excellent math skills and have the ability to operate a POS system.

• Knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel).

• Must possess a valid drivers license where applicable.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

• Must agree to background and credit check.

• Serv Safe certified, alcohol service certified preferred.
