General Manager Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for managing daily operations at assigned Goat bar and restaurant location. This role will be responsible for recruiting, hiring and training and managing all bar and kitchen staff including scheduling, monitoring daily cash, revenue, inventory, and orders. Additionally, this role will manage sales, food, liquor, beverage, and labor costs and will maintain compliance with regulations and mandates involving the service of alcohol and food preparation and safety.

General Manager Qualifications: Minimum five years of restaurant, bar, or hospitality management experience. Qualified applicants must have a high school degree or equivalent Must have working knowledge of current point of sale system, Upserve, or a similar point of sale program.

Work experience must include management or team lead responsibilities. Kitchen Operations experience to ensure quality and daily execution is needed. Being flexible, adaptable, and responsive to change is required.

Strong customer service experience, interpersonal, and communication skills are required.

Strong analytical, decision-making and problem- solving skills are needed. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment essential.
