Sodexo Senior Living is seeking an General Manager 3 to lead our team at St. Anne's Nursing Center & Residence in Miami, FL. St. Anne's is a 220 resident skilled care and rehab facility and a part of Catholic Health Services. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned manager who is constantly seeking a better way to conduct business. This key leadership position is directly responsible for the successful operation of all Dining Services at the community. The General Manager ensures client, customer service/satisfaction with efficient cost-effective management that both meets and exceeds expectations. Must have food service experience within a healthcare setting with extensive knowledge of DOH and CMS guidelines. Candidate must be bilingual.

The successful candidate will:

• have oversight of day-to-day dining and culinary operations;

• Interface closely and daily with residents, client executive level leadership and client board members;

• control and ensure company and client financial targets and goals are achieved;

• continuously update industry knowledge on current food trends and ingredients, making sure they lead the way in innovation and originality;

• ensure that the highest possible standards of food handling and preparation are achieved.
