Sodexo is seeking a General Manager II - Food Service for Brockton Hospital, located in Brockton, MA. The GM Multi-Service at this location will lead a team of approximately 14 manager and approximately 65 hourly employees. Oversight for this role includes multiple Sodexo service lines, including patient food service, retail food service, patient transport, and clinical nutrition services.

Brockton Hospital is a 216 bed community-based non-profit teaching hospital, providing a full range of clinical services, and is the largest inpatient facility in the service area.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:

  • have operations and maintenance management experience ideally in an health care or senior living environment
  • have a strong culinarian background (preferred)
  • understand and have experience with OSHA and Safety requirements
  • are an expert in building and maintaining strong customer / client relationships including C-suite level
  • can analyze data, present and effectively communicate to all levels within the organization related to training, leading committees and change management
  • have strong financial acumen and budget management experience
