Job Title: General Services Technician / Shipping and Receiving
The General Services Technician, shipping, receiving, mail sorting and delivery, general maintenance duties is required to take direction and perform general repair and support services,
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assists with general building repairs; carpentry, painting, hanging of posters, white boards, ceiling repairs, furniture repairs, carpet tile replacements, furniture moving, office moves, meeting room set up & reconfiguration, door and hardware repairs, etc.
Keep record of all mail received using the computer system in a particular order to be able to identify date of receipt, where and whom it was sent to for easy identification. This process helps in tracking mail and packages and prevents losses.
Sort packages and group them into different categories for easy dispatch and safe handling during delivery to prevent damage of sensitive packages.
Collect mail and packages from staff in the organization, ensure they are properly documented, packaged and tracked before sending.
Maintain supplies, including shipping and mailing envelopes, boxes, markers, forms stickers, and tape available to ensure that they don't go out of stock.
Performs shipping and receiving tasks daily including labeling, tracking and coordination with UPS, Fed EX or over the road agencies.
Maintains all pertinent records for mail, fed ex and ups deliveries.
Maintain Toshiba MFD Fleet clean, replace toner and waste toner & replace fax toner.
Maintain cleanliness in copy areas and stock paper for 22 copy room locations.
Moves furniture and equipment as assigned.
Performs other duties as required.

Education and/or Experience:
