The General Maintenance Helper Position contributes to the guest's experience by offering them a Hotel with welcoming, helpful and exceptional service while maintaining a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment with a positive attitude and pleasant demeanor.

A general maintenance helper will be required to maintain and make repairs in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and front-of-house areas. A maintenance helper will perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, walls paint and wall repairs -some skills in these areas and good communication and multitasking is necessary.

90 day Probationary Rate: $21.05 per hour

Hourly Rate: $24.76 per hour

• Minimum 1-year building/hotel maintenance experience is preferred.

• Strong Painting skills preferred

• Good customer service and the ability to use hand tools and power tools is preferred.

• Must have open availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and work without direct supervision.
