Position: General Labor/Facilities

Location: Lima, NY

Compensation: $20.00-$22.00 hour plus commission

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as a General Laborer. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the NOCO Fleet Operations teams with varied tasks surrounding daily operations. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment for all employees.

What You Will Do

• Facility upkeep

• Loading and unloading of materials

• Safely handle and transport tools, equipment, and parts to and from the work area.

• Transport drivers when needed

• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.

• Report any safety hazards or issues to the supervisor promptly.

• Assist in the maintenance and organization of the building

• Keep tools clean and in good working condition.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

• Address any cleanliness issues promptly.

• Be adaptable to various tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the overall success of the division

• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and adhere to the established work hours.

What You Will Need

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Prior experience as a laborer or construction or a related field is a plus

• Ability to follow safety guidelines and protocols

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Physical ability to lift 25 lbs and move heavy objects and perform tasks that require manual labor
