Work on a variety of tasks, including aluminum screen enclosures, porch window installations, and screen porch repairs Solve unique challenges daily using problem-solving skills Work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted Working Conditions: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, with optional Saturday shifts available Ability to travel in company vehicles daily Required Qualifications: High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience Basic mechanical aptitude skills Excellent communication skills Valid driver's license with minimal offenses 2 years of driving experience Desired Qualifications: 2-year technical college degree Carpentry or window installation experience Strong mechanical aptitude and communication skills Light manufacturing experience Desire to grow with the company Benefits: 20 hours of paid time off in the winter for working optional Summer Saturday shifts On-the-job training and growth opportunities Exceptional company culture focused on employee satisfaction and development Apply Now:
