General Laborer (Seasonal)

We are hiring a General Laborer for our busy summer season. This job starts in April/May and ends in September. Our ideal applicant can dig in rocky/compacted soil for extended periods of time in hot weather, lift 75 lbs. and can safely operate machinery, equipment, and power tools.

The General Laborer will install and service pressure sewer tanks, check lift stations and well houses, move irrigation wheel lines, install water meters, and maintain sewer and water system lines, pumps, valves, buildings, and vehicles.

Pay is from $18.00/hr., based on skills and experience. This is a seasonal, full-time position working 40 hrs/wk with occasional overtime. Must be at least 18 years old, have a valid drivers' license (any state) and clean driving record, and be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Seasonal staff are not eligible for health insurance/benefit but do receive some great perks, including access to all Ranch amenities including fitness centers, sport courts, pools and hot tubs, free golf, and discounts at our restaurants, retail outlets and at our spa.
