Job Responsibilities
  • Operate a variety machines as directed by management.
  • Follow all safety procedures and good manufacturing procedures on the job site and report violations immediately to management.
  • Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly, picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use, and securing the job site on a daily basis.
  • Report incidents immediately to safety director, foreman or HR in accordance with incident reporting procedures established by the company.

JAMA, General Surgery is hiring a full-time CRNP or Physician Assistant for the office site. The successful candidate will be credentialed at UPMC Chautauqua and UPMC Hamot sites. The daylight position schedule is Monday through Friday, 8a-4:30p with hopstial rounding at 7a. No weekends or call, at this time. The role will primarily support outpatient and inpatient services. Purpose: The Staff Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is a Physician Assistant or Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner and a member of the care delivery team. The Staff APP is responsible to set the standards for the level and quality of care. The Staff APP has responsibility, authority and accountability for the provision of care through supervision by and collaboration with a physician. The Staff APP manages and provides patient care activities for a group of patients and their families through the application of independent judgment, communication and collaboration with all team members. The role of the Staff APP encompasses the beginnings of leadership, partnership, collaboration and supervision. The Staff APP establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with physicians, other health care providers, patients and their families, to achieve desired patient outcomes throughout the continuum of care. The Staff APP begins to demonstrate a commitment to the community and to their healthcare profession.The successful candidate will be placed according to years and months of experience for employment purposes. Graduate of an approved Nurse Practitioner program is required. National Board Certification is required. State of PA Professional License.
