Job Responsibilities
  • Operate a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, forklifts, skid loaders and other tools as directed by management.
  • Clean and prepare construction sites as needed, including erecting scaffolding, removing and properly disposing of debris and waste materials, and digging trenches.
  • Shovel materials to and from construction areas, including asphalt and dirt.
  • Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report violations immediately to management.
  • Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly, picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use, and securing the job site on a daily basis.
  • Load and unload construction supplies from trucks both manually and with the use of equipment.
  • Report incidents immediately to safety director, foreman or HR in accordance with incident reporting procedures established by the company.
  • Travel out of town to work on remote job sites as directed by management.

Required
  • Valid driver's license
  • One or more years of experience in construction
  • Ability to travel out of town during the week or on weekends

Dynacraft has production facilities in Algona, WA, Louisville, KY, and McKinney, TX. Requisition Summary We are seeking a highly motivated professional with strong critical thinking skills. The team member will utilize his/her skill sets to identify process improvements, perform variance analysis and implement best practices as a part of a collaborative team. The successful candidate will work directly with the division leadership as well as department managers. The position has a high potential for growth and requires an individual that will take initiative and be a self-starter. Job Functions / Responsibilities * Directly partner with plant operations by providing accounting analysis, answering management inquiries and accounting guidance * Perform financial and variance analysis on overhead expenses, including budgeting and forecasting * Actively involved in various month-end financial close processes, including journal entries and general ledger account reconciliations. * Participate and assist in internal control and Sarbanes-Oxley reviews * Provide backup support for Payroll and Accounts Receivable and/or Fixed Assets, including budget to actual analysis. * Responsible for Fixed Assets including monitoring capital spend, validating capital asset set up and depreciation, working with project managers to confirm budgets and timely completion of projects. * Work directly Dynacraft divisions to audit assets. * Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities as assigned. * Lead team oriented projects to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements. * Perform system access reviews. * Ad Hoc projects and analysis as assigned. Qualifications & Skills * Excellent analytical and technical accounting skills. * 0-3 years of recent, relevant experience including SOX. * Attention to detail with a "big picture" focus. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong organizational, time management, research and problem solving skills. * Deadline oriented, ability to handle multiple priorities and self-motivated. * Ability to develop strong working relationships with co-workers and others. * Intermediate MS Excel (charts, vlookup, pivot tables, etc.) and Access skills. * Positive attitude and "can-do" approach to issue resolution. * Customer service oriented. * Desire to develop leadership and technical skills; pursue advancement opportunities within the company. * SAP/ERP experience a plus Education * BS/BA Accounting degree required * 0-3 years of relevant accounting experience required * CPA or MBA preferred Additional Job Board Information PACCAR is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veteran/Disability.
