• You will have the opportunity to become certified by the IICRC in Water, Fire & Smoke, Mold, Carpet Cleaning, Odor Removal

• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure you and your team members are free from injury

• Unload and stack all building materials and tools needed for a project so that everything is accessible and easy to find for the project

• Provide support to your team through all stages of every project to make sure the job is done efficiently

• Ensure that all materials, tools, and other debris from the build have been removed at the end of the project to make sure the work site is clean

• Remove any trash, debris, or hazardous materials from the area to prep the site before construction begins

• Must live within 50 miles of Auburn Hills, Michigan to be considered for this position

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Must have an empathetic, caring attitude toward customers and co-workers

• Adaptable to changing tasks and schedules

• Able to participate in an on-call schedule (will receive a bonus when called out after hours)

• Ability to communicate effectively and thoroughly

• Ability to perform physical work with your hands and tools

• Have an ambitious personality with the ability to learn and take direction

• A friendly, positive attitude is a must!
