Rogers Group is seeking GENERAL LABORERS in the Carolinas. We offer a competitive pay with health, dental, vision, 401K, short term disability, long term disability and life insurance benefits. We also offer a variety of safety equipment, paid holidays, and paid vacations. Start pay is at $21 an hour, if a candidate has experience this can be evaluated.

The successful candidate for this role will have an uncompromising emphasis on safety excellence, be a self-starter and will have responsibilities that include but are not limited to:

• Operate a variety of heavy equipment and machinery.

• Perform daily pre and post inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies.

• Perform servicing and maintenance of equipment as trained and directed by management.

• Operate equipment with a high degree of competency, skill, and proficiency.

• Properly follow all company policies and OSHA / MSHA / environmental regulations for safe working procedures and environment

• Other duties as assigned by management.

Wages starting at $21.00/hr. for entry level candidates. Some positions require no experience and Rogers Group will train. Higher pay for skilled operators of heavy equipment with quarry or mining experience. A shift differential is offered in addition to regular wages. Overtime available and extensive medical and retirement benefits.

Required Qualifications:

• Must have a dedication to safe work practices.

• Mechanical aptitude/ability to diagnose and perform plant repairs as needed.

• Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.

• Must be willing to work outside in a variety of conditions.

• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
