Pay - $17

Position Summary:

Cleaning and preparing a job site, loading, and delivering materials, and using a variety of tools and machines/equipment.

Essential Functions:

• Assist co-workers: have all tools necessary to complete the job. •

• Available to work long hours: days, nights, weekends.

• Available to be on-call according to company rotation.

• Available to identify dangers on jobsites and take proper steps to allow for a safe job site.

• Ability to work with customers & coworkers and able to control emotions in emergency or volatile situations.

• Able to follow company rules when working for other companies, wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and following all company guidelines.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Some mechanical knowledge.

• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

• Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.

• Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.

• The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong; recognizing there is a problem.

• Ability to listen to and understand directions.

Environmental Conditions:

• Outdoors with exposure to noise, heat, and cold approximately ninety-five (95%) of the time.

• May move (walk or drive) from one work location to another occasionally.

• Must work in all types of weather.

Physical Demands:

• Be able to lift 50 lbs. or more.

• Stand and walk for long periods of time.

• Ability to hold a heavy object overhead and pick up a heavy object from the ground multiple times throughout the day.

• Ability to climb ladders.

• Physical strength, hand-eye coordination, concentration, endurance and communication skills.
