We provide branded products throughout the state across multiple product formats – jarred flower and pre-rolls. Our ethos is and always will be “craft cannabis at scale.” We launched our brand in April 2019 and in that short time, we have consistently been ranked a top 10 brand in our product categories. We target the connoisseur market – our products are all premium priced. We are a product first company – for Ember Valley, quality is everything.</p><p>We currently operate two indoor cultivation facilities that represent over 110,000 square feet. Additionally, we are constructing a purpose-built 40,000 square foot manufacturing facility, where we will centralize processing, packaging, distribution, and manufacturing. </p><p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p><p>We want to take the Company to the next- level and this is where you come in. As our <strong>General Manager of Production</strong>, you will help build our new manufacturing facility from the ground up and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our entire cannabis manufacturing facility during its production lifecycle. You pay keen attention to the details, ensure strict production quality and capacity standards, are a proactive communicator, and know the importance of keeping and maintaining facility safety. </p><p>You are a self-starter, organized, adaptable, and are a strong team leader. In this role, you will work with the team to create standardized documentation and process flows that support the implementation of our internal supply chain, production, and manufactuing processes. You have experience working in large-scale manufacturing environments and can anticipate what is coming next while excelling at keeping things organized. </p><p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING</strong></p><p><em>Manufacturing Facility Management</em></p><ul> <li>Build a production facility from the ground up and successfully create operational procedures, policies, and standards.</li> <li>Plan, develop, and implement strategies for generating resources and/or revenues for the company’s long-term growth</li> <li>Oversee company operations to insure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.</li> <li>Effectively manage the supply chain including raw materials, packaging, finished goods, hardware and software.</li> <li>Maintain safe, clean, organized, efficient, and compliant facilities. Ensures robust facility safety and security procedures are in place and all staff is trained in them.</li> <li>Build, motivate, train, and lead a high-performing team through strong and dynamic leadership.</li> <li>Work with HR to ensure that the facility is properly staffed to maximize production capacity to meet the ever-increasing demand.<br> </li> </ul><p><em>Business Administration &amp; Operations</em></p><ul> <li>Utilize systems to collect metrics, analyze productivity, and set performance targets that will meet revenue and cost goals.</li> <li>Review financial reports to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and KPIs, and revise goals and operational plans in real-time to meet new objectives.</li> <li>Continually keeping well-informed of industry changes.
