General Cafe Manager

Description:Job Title: General Cafe ManagerWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join our team at our cafe bakery bistro. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a proven track record of success in managing a hospitality related operation

Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of the cafe, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation- Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers- Create and manage budgets and financial reports- Hire, train, and supervise staff members- Foster a positive and productive work environment

Requirements:- Proven experience as a General Manager- Strong leadership and communication skills- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations- Competencies in the management of food cost, inventory control, and managing labor costs- Bachelor's Degree is not required but you must be able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
