What we are looking for
RWS Group is looking for US-based General Data Annotators to review and score existing AI-generated responses to prompts (questions) in French (France) and provide constructive feedback on the responses. This information will be used to train and improve generative AI and machine learning models.
Typical Tasks
Score and improve upon existing prompts (questions) and AI-generated responses across a general range of topics in French (France)
Testing (QA) other annotators' work
QA reporting - summarizations of QA'ing other annotators' work. This includes providing data driven examples and providing locale level insights and recommendations.
Correcting incorrect prompt responses using natural language and examples
Evaluate AI model responses to prompts through scoring, ranking, A/B testing, etc.
Flag questionable responses that include toxicity, hallucinations, etc.

Job Requirements
Native-level fluency in French (from France) and Proficient in English
Located in any of the following US States: CA, CO, FL, IL, MA, MN, NC, NV, NH, NJ, NY, OR, PA, TX, WA, WI
Ability to work part time, a minimum of 20hrs per week (approx. 4 hours per day M-F)
Undergraduate associate or bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
Detail oriented with the ability to understand and follow instructions
Ability to meet deadlines
Responsible, reliable, and communicative
Up-to-date knowledge on French culture and news is a bonus
